In this role you drive profitable growth for BCD M&E; by winning national corporate travel accounts in Italy, building strong client relationships, and shaping strategic sales plans. You work cross-functionally to craft standout proposals and bring new client programs to life, contributing to a fast-paced, high-impact sales environment. Flexible Working Room to Grow Everyone has a voice Positive leadership and supportive culture Win profitable national corporate travel accounts and build lasting client relationships from first contact to expansion Create and execute strategic sales plans and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline across the full sales cycle Develop polished client-facing materials (RFPs, presentations, proposals) that are clear, compelling and on brand Negotiate contract terms, coordinate pricing, and adhere to approved commercial processes Maintain organized CRM records and ensure data accuracy in a deadline-driven environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client programs and xrdztoy support colleagues Represent professional English communication in both verbal and written form 2+ years of relevant experience in MICE industry Confident presenting to diverse audiences and adapting style to client needs Creative, solution-oriented approach to overcoming objections and identifying new opportunities Comfortable networking at trade fairs and industry events
