Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team and help deliver outstanding customer experiences across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will oversee the shop when the Manager isn’t present, motivate the team, and ensure colleagues have what they need to do an amazing job.
Typical shifts involve leading by example, serving customers quickly and warmly, preparing our popular products, and keeping displays well stocked and the shop tidy.
