is recruiting, on behalf of an international company specialized in the production and supply of sun protection and shading systems, part of a global group composed of 4 companies worldwide, a:
Junior Controller
You will play a key role in supporting the financial and strategic development of the German business unit within an international and dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s operational financial controlling activities
- Prepare, analyze, and comment monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
- Monitor financial performance, including variance analysis and identification of root causes
- Create management reports and KPIs to support leadership and business departments
- Support investment analysis, business cases, and financial evaluations
- Contribute to the optimization of controlling processes, reporting structures, and internal standards
- Collaborate closely with accounting, management,
and cross-functional departments
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- Solid experience (2 to 4 years) in financial controlling or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent English skills, as the role involves direct interaction with the Group CFO and international stakeholders
- Good knowledge of German (minimum level B2)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
