Position Context and Mission
The MRP Planner Intern supports the Material Planning team in ensuring the accuracy of planning data and materials availability, contribuiting to inventory optimization and innovation projects.
The role provides exposure to material planning processes, master data management, KPI reporting, inventory analysis, and phase-in/phase-out activities, while collaborating with Material Planners, MRP Schedulers, Supply Planners, Procurement,



and Innovation teams.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Learn how to analyze the MRP requirements for all Material and create Purchase Requisitions/ Purchase Orders accordingly.
Constantly monitor the consumption of existing contracts in order to guarantee stock alignment with supplier reports.
Attend weekly meeting with Plants’ MRP schedulers to support to ensure a consistent execution of call-offs and monitor Warehouse and Stock Level KPI (stock level in pallets trend, Days of Coverage per Material Group).
Support Phase in/Phase out processes to minimize level of Inventory and obsolescence: monitor the end-to-end workflow in order to support Plants’ MRP Scheduler to maintain masterdata (Material Status Block and Switching Date correctly updated in SAP).
Support material planning team in weekly and monthly Masterdata sanity check in order to maintain the masterdata updated, identifying inconsisten
