Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is preparing to open in Winter 2026 as a luxury alpine resort. The Pastry Demi Chef de Partie is based at the pastry kitchen, supporting the pre-opening and ongoing operations under the Pastry Chef de Partie and Head Pastry Chef.
You will assist with the preparation of desserts, pastries and bakery items, ensuring consistency, quality and adherence to Mandarin Oriental standards across the pastry team.
