L - founders of loyalty is seeking a P&C; Manager Italy in Milan. You will own the entire People & Culture domain within the Italian NSO, acting as a true owner and strategic partner to the GM. Responsibilities range from contracts and labor law to workforce planning and process optimization.
You’ll draft contracts, handle labor matters, and collaborate with an international Global P&C; team while enjoying a flexible hybrid setup in Milan.
