The Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO will be responsible for: Executive Support: Full calendar management, appointment planning, and communication filtering. Corporate secretarial support for Board of Directors meetings, including minute-taking and handling of confidential documentation. Travel & Logistics: End-to-end logistical management of domestic and international travel, including visas, transfers, and complex itineraries.
Public Relations: Management of communication flows and contacts with institutions, shareholders, and high-profile business partners. Personal Assistance: Management of private life,

personal administration (payments, filing), and coordination of household staff and family service providers.
