{What you'll do} Own client relationships and drive their strategic growth, identifying revenue and expansion opportunities across the account portfolio.
Define and execute account development strategies, translating client business objectives into concrete growth plans.
Spot new business opportunities within existing accounts and support the pitch of new formats, products, and services.
Track and interpret performance data to build a business case for new initiatives and investment decisions.
Bring strong knowledge of the fashion industry and a sharp eye for market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
Lead the development of project proposals and client presentations, framing them in commercial and strategic terms.
Act as the strategic link between clients, creative teams, and management, ensuring business priorities drive execution.
Negotiate scope, budget, and contract renewals/upsells with clients.
{Who you are} around 5 years experience in client management, business development, or sales, ideally in an agency or fashion/creative environment.
Commercially minded: comfortable talking numbers, negotiating, and spotting revenue opportunities.
Strategic thinker with a project- and business-oriented mindset.
