As a Front-Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls' Global Marine, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the passenger ship segment, including small to midsize cruise lines, ferries, and luxury vessels. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with shipyards, vessel owners, and operators across key global markets. You will promote Johnson Controls' portfolio of HVAC, fire safety, and integrated control solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting the passenger ship market, with a focus on newbuilds, retrofits, and service contracts.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Europe, Asia, and the Americas,
