Our client provides AI-powered communication solutions for SMB home healthcare agencies. Their platform helps agencies strengthen coverage and support their teams without forcing them to replace existing receptionists or on-call services. They partner with leading EMR platforms such as WellSky, giving their SDR team a strong way to build trust and establish relevance with prospects.

Need to have qualifications:
1+ year of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound sales experience.
Proven experience with cold calling and booking meetings with U.S.-based SMB decision-makers.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable handling objections around AI, automation, VAs, and existing on-call services.
Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or similar prospecting and lead-enrichment tools.
Ability to work independently while following structured outreach processes and talk tracks.

Nice to have:
Experience selling into home healthcare, healthcare, or other service-based SMBs.
Experience selling AI, SaaS, automation,



or communication solutions.
Familiarity with EMR platforms such as WellSky.
Experience working with event-based or tiered outbound campaigns.
Proven track record of booking 35+ qualified meetings per month.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to owners, administrators, coordinators, and other decision-makers at SMB home healthcare agencies.
Book approximately 20+ qualified meetings per month through phone and multi-channel outreach.
Use EMR partnerships and other warm-touch opportunities to establish credibility with prospects.
Execute tiered outreach sequences based on events, account signals, and prospect engagement.
Navigate receptionists, phone trees, and other gatekeepers to reach the appropriate decision-maker.
Position the platform as a way to supplement coverage gaps rather than automatically replace existing staff or services.
