Salesforce Administrator at BairesDev
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will configure and manage Salesforce organizations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for platform configuration, leveraging no-code and low-code solutions to streamline operational workflows and enhance data visibility.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement automated business processes using Salesforce Flows and validation rules.
- Manage user access, roles,
and permissions to maintain a secure and organized environment.
- Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Perform regular system audits and data hygiene tasks to ensure platform health and accuracy.
- Configure and customize standard and custom objects to support evolving business requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring efficient adoption of Salesforce features.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a related role.
- Proven expertise in configuring and managing Salesforce orgs using no-code and low-code solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce flows, validation rules, and automation.
- Hands-on experience in user administration, reports, and dashboard management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
