Overview
IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS:
We are looking for a passionate and engaged Administration & Payroll Intern to join our Human Resources Administration team at our office in Trebaseleghe (PD).
Your Impact
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Attendance and employee relationship management;
- Preparation of contracts;
- Management of records;
- Management of hiring, termination, and transfer processes;
- Management of HR reports and archive.
Qualifications
- Degree in Labor Consultancy or Economics;
- Proficiency in computer tools and the Office package (especially Excel);
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Previous experience in a company or professional studio is a plus;
- The profile is also characterized by strong interpersonal skills, precision, confidentiality, and reliability.
