Our HR Department is looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Business Partner in People Management activities. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and structured HR environment, contributing to key people processes while working closely with the HR team.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees,



handling day‑to‑day HR‑related requests.
- Support the collection and analysis of recruitment and training needs.
- Contribute to the implementation of employee development initiatives.
- Manage administrative activities related to People Management in coordination with the Personnel Administration team.
- Support the management and updating of People Management data and processes in SAP/Workday.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good command of the English language.
