Lead the launch and growth of Waiterr in Italy from Milan. Hire, coach, sell and represent the brand on the ground.
You will run a country or a function with full autonomy. Builders, not maintainers.
Responsibilities:
Own all GTM functions in your region — sales, marketing, success.
Hire, coach and grow the local team.
Be the face of Waiterr at industry events.
Report to the founders weekly with crisp numbers.
Requirements:
~7+ years of leadership experience — at least 3 in a SaaS or hospitality scale-up.
~ Local network in the hospitality industry.
~ Native or fluent local language + working English.
