Kirby Group Engineering in Milan is seeking a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a major Data Centre project. You will own contracts, budgets and payments, and guide the project team through variations and cost control.
You’ll work with clients and subcontractors to maximise value, manage risk, prepare monthly valuations, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring quality and timely final accounts.
