Leonardo SpA in Italy is seeking a Requirements Analysis-Tech, Innovation & Concepts Specialist to shape high-level requirements for future rotorcraft development programs. You will analyze mission profiles and define aircraft systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with international bids and RFI/RFP responses.

The role requires a strong background in aeronautics, experience with MBSE/CAMEO and DOORS, and fluency in Italian and English.
