Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Lombardy, based primarily in Cernusco sul Naviglio. You will coordinate workplace services, manage external providers, and partner with HR, IT, and Security to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
You will lead site security, Health & Safety compliance, and energy optimization, while supervising budgets, contracts, and maintenance programs.
