Avincis, a leading Emergency Aerial Service Operator, is seeking a Bid & Commercial Coordinator for our Italian branch in Ciampino. You will support the Bid Manager and the HEMS Commercial Manager in bid and contract management activities, with opportunities for growth.
You will monitor tenders, prepare bid packages, manage contracts, and help strengthen customer relationships while operating in a highly structured, deadline-driven environment.
