METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join the Legal Technical Contracts team within the Legal, Contracts & Compliance General Division, based in Milan. You will review, draft and negotiate EPC and O&M; contracts, provide legal support across Renewables, advise on regulatory matters, conduct research, and collaborate with external advisors
