Regeneron is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Milan, Italy. You will lead full lifecycle recruiting for assigned business groups, using data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing and hiring strategies.
You will attract top talent across global markets, advise leaders on diverse talent strategies, and partner with HRBPs and COEs to translate workforce plans into action. Strong English and Italian skills are required, along with experience in passive candidate engagement.
