In this role you will support distribution partners and end users across EMEA, applying technical know-how and hands-on application expertise to boost adoption of Topcon Earth Moving solutions. You will deliver training and on-site demonstrations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position centers on enhancing machine control, Earthworks workflows, and Sitelink3 D usage to shape efficient construction processes.
This is a growth-focused role with significant travel, enabling you to impact how projects are executed in the region. salary 50 K-60 K Euro gross yearly company car hybrid model: 3 days at facility, 2 days remote travel up to 70% across EMEA Provide technical and application support for machine control and earthmoving solutions across EMEA Deliver online and in-person training at the Concordia training centre for dealers, key accounts and end users Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and environmental regulations and maintain a safe training environment Support Earthworks applications, Sitelink3 D, Geo Positioning and related construction workflows Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams Prepare product demos, presentations, training content and e Learning materials Support events, customer activities and on-site demonstrations from a technical perspective Background in Geodesy, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar field More than 5 years of experience in survey applications, construction, roadworks, agriculture control applications or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey/construction software Excellent communication, training and presentation skills, online and in person Fluency in English and Italian Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites
