Responsibilities
- Specialize in customer insights for the Italian market, identifying and prioritizing use cases and features that resonate with local customers.
- Drive the GTM strategy, ensuring effective product launches and strong market positioning.
- Act as Product Captain, ensuring a strong feedback loop between customers, market, and Product teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and messaging tailored to the Italian market.
- Be the product point of contact within the market, representing Qonto at local events and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements
- Experience: Work within the Fintech or payment domain due to the highly regulated nature of the Italian market.



Proven experience in product marketing or related roles.
- Customer Obsessed: Strong understanding of customer insights and ability to identify and prioritize use cases that resonate with the local market.
- Stakeholder management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Italian market, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Analytical and business-oriented: Business acumen and data-driven mindset, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on market analysis and KPIs.
- Languages: Native-level Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
