This is a hunting role with full ownership of new business in Italy — one of PlanRadar’s strategic growth markets. You will own the full commercial cycle: build pipeline, run solution-selling processes, close deals, lead pre-sales and pilots, and define the growth plan for each account. Once the account is well-positioned,



you hand it over to Account Management and move to the next opportunity. Fast-paced, high-impact, and built for someone who wants to shape a market.

Own pipeline generation and revenue outcomes for Italy — inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, and market initiatives
Manage full sales cycles from first contact to contract signature, including complex multi-stakeholder deals
Work closely with our Marketing and SDR teams, who actively support pipeline generation in the Italian market
Build deep product and industry knowledge to navigate technical conversations confidently
Engage senior stakeholders and C-level executives with a commercial, value-driven approach
Lead implementation planning for new accounts — define the deployment scope and success criteria that Customer Success will then execute
Feed market insights back to product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen PlanRadar’s positioning in the Italian market
