The role will develop your analytical and sales abilities and exposure to other business functions.
What you will learn
- Develop and apply quantitative analysis to design, monitor, and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Support the commercial team by helping them understand and implement marketing levers, maximizing impact and business results.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.
- Use digital tools to manage data, extract meaningful insights, support strategic decision‑making, and prepare detailed presentations for management.

What we are looking for
- Degree – preferably in Business, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- Languages – fluent Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Technical skills – excellent knowledge of Office package, particularly Excel.
- Soft skills – initiative, analytical and organization
