This position can be fully remote. Purpose of Job: The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (Huber Agro Solutions) European‐based businesses. The role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
process by delivering a 24‐month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle. Main Responsibilities: Forecasting & Demand Planning Drive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24‐month forecast. Monitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends. Communicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts. Compare forecasts against prior month, year, and budget; analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis. Support the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical based processes. Restate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy. Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis.
