Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany). Directly manage a layer of team leaders (manager of managers) responsible for operational teams. Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns , managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI). Oversee external vendors and telesales providers , ensuring efficiency, quality,



and alignment with internal standards. Implement and monitor a data-driven sales model , leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to optimize performance. Strengthen a collaborative selling model , working closely with other sales channels to increase share of wallet. Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent. 8–10 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably within: Digital sales / inside sales / telesales Structured outbound campaign environments B2 B contexts with high-volume, fragmented customer bases (SMBs / prosumers) Proven experience as a manager of managers, leading structured teams Strong experience in sales funnel management, campaign performance, and conversion optimization. Advanced analytical capabilities and strong data‐driven mindset: ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, identify patterns, and drive continuous improvement. Experience managing external vend
