Partnering with leaders at every level, you'll create impactful development experiences that empower colleagues, strengthen leadership capability and support exceptional guest experiences. As Learning & Development Manager, you will responsible for the following duties Champion a culture of learning, growth and excellence by bringing Mandarin Oriental's vision, values and service philosophy to life across the hotel. Design and deliver an engaging learning and development pre / post-opening strategy that supports business priorities, colleague growth and exceptional guest experiences.
