ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Purpose The Regional Business Controller is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Segments. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning,

financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.
Responsibilities:
Deliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all P&L; elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets. Analyze business performance, run P&L; simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions. Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders. Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions. Prepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders.
Coordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes. Drive continuous improvement in
