Key Responsibilities Design and manage Open Shift / Kubernetes platforms in enterprise environments Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks) Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops toolchains (Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, Argo CD) Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) practices (Terraform, Ansible) Support and optimize the application lifecycle (build, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot) Execute advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization activities Ensure compliance with security,
reliability, and operational standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices and automation strategies Client Engagement & Consult Approach Interact directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions within the team Support workshops, onboarding, and Dev Ops adoption initiatives Apply a consultative approach to deliver value and improve client environments Team Collaboration Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture) Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolution Share knowledge and contribute to team capability growth (non-formal mentoring) Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
