is searching for an international Food Ingredients Company with a global Network of Plants, Sales offices, R&D; Centres the European Commercial Director for Food Colours m/f/d Location: Northern Italy onsite Role: The Director of Sales & Marketing develops and directs all sales, marketing and business development activities in Europe Essential Duties and Responsibilities Developing a sales and marketing plan to achieve set growth targets. Developing and managing an effective sales and distributor team Tasks Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in a food ingredient business (e.g. Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Powders) closing sales and satisfying customers at senior levels including Directors,



VPs and owners / executives Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment. Strong fit with the Company's culture and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction Requirements Qualifications and experience: Bachelor or Master's degree with a preference for sciences or food technology / ingredients and/or MBA Fluent in English, Italian and other european languages are an asset Minimum 10 years' experience in a B2 B sales environment within the food industry This is a B2 B job This no job for candidates coming from FMCG, Horeca, Hotelf or Restaurants
