or other technical related fields.* 5+ years of software development work experience.* Proficiency in Python, with a track record of building libraries, SDKs, or software frameworks.* Strong understanding of Robotics middleware, specifically experience with ROS or ROS2 architectures.* Experience with Containerization (Docker) and orchestration within Linux-based systems.* High motivation and interest in pushing the boundaries of current technologies.* A "Developer Experience" mindset—you enjoy making complex systems easy for others to use.* Experience with C++ for performance-critical middleware components.* Experience with distributed messaging protocols and distributed systems.* Knowledge of MPU/MCU communication patterns, understanding how to architect software that interacts with real-time firmware subsystems.* Knowledge of Arduino or similar electronics.* Experience in CI/CD pipelines for embedded software and automated hardware testing.Qu
