Requirements 4 to 10 years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or enterprise client-facing roles, managing deals of €50k and up. Commercial and negotiation experience with senior stakeholders and complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. Saa S or tech background. A legal or professional-services background is a plus. Proficiency with CRM and sales-support tools (Hub Spot, Notion). Native Italian and fluent English.
