Lead the vessel's crew and maintain high standards of discipline, professionalism, and operational readiness.
Ensure safe navigation and compliance with company procedures and international maritime regulations. Oversee all marine aspects of pipelay and offshore support activities, ensuring coordination with onboard departments and project management. Maintain full compliance with Flag State, Class, ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and all relevant statutory and company requirements. Be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies onboard.
