Responsibilities Complete a 10‐month SAP Academy program, building foundational skills for a customer‐facing role. Participate in experiential learning with global colleagues and acquire business, industry, and solution skills. Receive on‐the‐job training and mentorship from a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers on real‐world projects. After program completion, lead customer discovery sessions, deliver high‐impact software demonstrations, and support demand generation and deal execution, including responding to requests for proposals. Qualifications 2–3 years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in technical and business processes. Hands‐on experience with relevant technologies and industry‐standard tools supporting solution delivery. Customer‐facing skills and a cooperative, productive approach to working relationships. Strong ability to learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results. Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics, and the ability to identify AI‐solvable business problems.

Compensation Target annualized range: €45,000 – €80,000. Actual offer depends on education, skills, experience, and role scope, and includes base salary and variable incentive targets.
