Job Description:
Enfinity Global is looking for a Contract Manager to coordinate, evaluate, review and process Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracts, Limited Notice to Proceeds, MSA's, formal bids, requests for qualifications,



and support (from an EPC Contracts perspective) requests for proposals. This position will administer policies and procedures for all contracts in compliance with company and customer expectations and will be directly responsible for the management of EPC contracts inclusive of all contracts exhibits while maintaining a centralized contracts repository system.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements of Enfinity Global's EPC department. Contract negotiations and buyout. Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts. Agreeing budgets and timescales with the contractors. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers. Acting as main point of contact with legal department and project managers. Making sure construction projects contracts meet agreed technic
