Collaborate with show teams to develop bespoke value‐led packages. Plan and run roadshows and client events to grow your network. Leverage AI, social media, and other tools to expand your client portfolio and secure strategic partnerships. Use market insights and trends to drive sales. 25% Portfolio management and development: Effectively utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, extract key insights, and create bespoke reports, leveraging deep system knowledge to access and analyse the data.

Develop comprehensive sales plans demonstrating strong regional industry knowledge. Record all customer activity accurately in our CRM. Maintain a realistic and reliable sales pipeline. Regularly assess pipeline health; identify risks and opportunities, adjusting plans accordingly. Lead collaborative pipeline reviews with line manager, contributing insights and seeking strategic input. Leverage client relationships to cross‐sell shows into new regions and industries, expanding portfolio reach and revenue.
Act as a strategic partner by providing customer feedback and market intelligence to internal show teams. 5% Sales skill development: Identify development areas with your line manager and explore ways to improve performance.
