Partner with the best The People & Culture -Experience & Performance Partner - Italy – Italy supports the execution of People & Culture (P&C;) processes and employee-related initiatives under the guidance of the XP Leader – Italy. This role contributes to the delivery of P&C; processes, services, employee engagement activities, and compliance with local labor practices. The XP Partner collaborates with local managers, employees,



and cross-functional P&C; teams to ensure smooth and consistent P&C; operations. As People & Culture -Experience & Performance Partner - Italy, you will be responsible of: Being the first point of contact for employees & people leaders who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes in the Country. Connecting with local talent and implement the talent management agenda in the country. Coach and support people leaders. Assist with workforce planning and talent reviews. Helping implement employee engagement initiatives and regional P&C; projects at the local level. Supporting the communication and implementation of country-specific P&C; policies and procedures. Monitoring updates to local labor legislation and escape relevant changes to the XP Leader. Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and assist in preparing documentation for audits or inspections. Assisting in coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures in
