What You'll Be Doing...
We have an immediate need for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at our Florence office. The successful candidate will join a high-performing R&D; team focused on significant platform growth and architectural evolution, working in cross-functional teams to expand and improve our award-winning SAAS Fleet Management products. Lead product feature design and implementation,
taking ownership of complex components independently while collaborating closely with product managers and your team.
Architect and implement changes and new features in a manner which promotes highly efficient, reusable, and performant code. Drive code quality across the team by conducting rigorous peer code reviews and steering robust quality assurance and testing strategies.
Own the investigation and resolution of critical technical issues across the full development lifecycle, including deep-dives into production systems. Champion engineering velocity by safely integrating AI code assistants into the development workflow, ensuring AI-generated code meets strict security, performance, and architectural standards.
What We Are Looking For...
