Legal & Contractual Risk Specialist - Temporary Join to apply for the Legal & Contractual Risk Specialist - Temporary role at ABB . This position reports to the Finance Manager. As part of our Legal & Integrity (L&I;) team, you will play a key role in managing legal and integrity matters across the division.
Your Role and Responsibilities Provide professional advice and counsel the Division across a broad range of legal and integrity issues, or within one specialist area, overseeing or managing legal and integrity matters or processes. Ensure consistency in services and advice with no supervision. Participate in or support various changes, efficiencies, and projects within the L&I; team, collaborating with stakeholders to drive automation and strategic initiatives.
Anticipate and address legal and integrity risks, develop practical legal strategies, ensure compliance with local and group policies, and contribute to policy development and implementation.



Promote good corporate governance, support the Code of Conduct and integrity training, and assist in or lead investigations into integrity issues. Contribute to the execution of the L&I; strategy, support strategic goals, monitor professional progress, and manage performance in line with the Annual Performance Plan (APP) and financial targets.
Qualifications for the Role Basic understanding of legal principles, corporate compliance, and regulatory frameworks. Strong organizational and time‐management skills; able to handle multiple tasks. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and ensure policy compliance. Eager to learn and contribute to legal and integrity initiatives in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. Proficiency in Italian and English.
