Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels, combining outreach, data, and new technologies to surface the strongest people. Design and run structured assessments-tests, interviews, and other evaluation methods that produce clear signal and support confident hiring decisions. Assess candidates rigorously to ensure every hire meets the company's standards. Continuously upgrade the system.
