Job Overview The Project Director is accountable for the financial and technical success of the project and to lead Project and Discipline managers/leads to achieve project objectives. They must develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients that leads to future work. The Project Director mentors and coaches future leaders and is respected as a leader externally by multiple clients. They apply an advanced understanding of Mc Dermott's business to improve project cost-effectiveness, apply change management, risk management, and opportunity management principles, and improve project margin across projects. They are responsible for developing the project execution plan under new lines of the business that leverage company and industry capabilities.
