ams OSRAM Group is seeking a senior HF analog IC design leader to define methodologies and drive critical developments for broadband optical communication ICs.
You will mentor senior engineers, lead transmitter and receiver front‐end architecture, and oversee sign‐offs and technical reviews. Ideal candidates have MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, 15+ years of analog IC design, and deep CMOS node experience.
