We are currently seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to support remotely a boutique law firm specializing in legal services for life sciences, biotechnology, AI, and technology startups. The firm provides scalable legal support to innovative, high-growth companies, with a strong focus on commercial contracting and negotiations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contracts professional who can work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Support the full contract lifecycle from intake to execution
Advise clients on contracts related to privacy, IP,
research, collaborations, and clinical trials
Provide practical, business-focused contracting support to startup clients
Requirements:
Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience
Background in life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or technology
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and spoken English
Availability to support US Eastern or Pacific time zones
