Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking two experienced Salesforce Developers with 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture.
The successful candidates will work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, including classes, triggers, controllers, and asynchronous processing.
• Develop scalable solutions using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.
• Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop optimized SOQL and SOSL queries and ensure efficient data processing.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification, governor limit management, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and maintain the required 75% or higher code coverage.
• Implement and enforce Salesforce security controls, including CRUD, Field-Level Security (FLS), sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and record-level access
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support Salesforce deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
