Customer Success Manager - Post Sales Account Manager

About the role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to keep DreamStack clients supported and growing. You'll own the relationship after the sale.

Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and guide them to value quickly. Manage ongoing client relationships and act as their main point of contact. Spot renewal and expansion opportunities early. Feed client feedback back into product and delivery. Resolve issues before they become churn risks.

What we are looking for
Experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS. Strong relationship-building skills across different client types.



Comfortable managing several accounts at once. Clear communicator, internally and with clients. Genuine interest in AI products and how clients use them.
