The Opportunity
As a member of the Regional Markets HR team, you will support the delivery of strategic people initiatives across markets, contributing to talent development, internal mobility, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement. Working closely with the Global and Regional HR Directors, regional HR teams and local market stakeholders, you will help coordinate cross-market projects, generate people insights, and ensure the successful execution of key HR priorities aligned with business objectives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of Human Resources topics in an international environment, developing strong capabilities in Talent Management, People Analytics,
Project Management and stakeholder collaboration while making a tangible impact across the region.
What you'll get to do
Support to the Global Director Markets HR & Team
Provide day-to-day operational and coordination support to the HR Director and the regional HR team.
Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-up actions across the regional HR community.
Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards and briefing materials for leadership meetings and business reviews.
Support the preparation and follow-up of regional HR governance forums, ensuring action tracking and stakeholder alignment.
Act as a key coordination point between the regional HR team and local markets.
Talent Management & High Potential Tracking
Support the coordination and follow-up of Talent Review and Succession Planning processes across markets.
Maintain and update talent trackers, succession plans and high-potential talent databases.
Assist in preparing talent insights, executive summarie
