As Senior Finance Manager for Italy region , you are a key leader responsible for the full finance scope, combining financial controlling, statutory compliance, and advanced commercial finance partnering .
Reporting to the Finance Director Commercial Europe, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization and Leadership Team , driving profitable growth through robust financial planning, Gross-to-Net (GTN) management, and performance insight.
This role blends strategic influence and hands-on execution , with ownership of financial performance, compliance, and team leadership.




Strategic Finance Business Partnering
Act as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making
Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy
Support and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy
Lead financial input into strategic and transformation projects
Commercial Finance & GTN Management
Own and oversee Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments
Contribute to the development and review of customer and channel P&Ls;
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of GTN reporting
Deliver post-event analysis on commercial initiatives and promotions
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Controlling
Own the full P&L; for the Italy entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEX
Deliver timely and accurate monthly closing
