About the positionAs a Country Finance Manager within Dometic, you will play a key role as business partner to the Management, actively contributing to the definition of company strategies and the improvement of economic and operational performance. The role will have full responsibility for the Finance function of the Italian operations, ensuring solid administrative processes, high‐quality reporting, and strategic support to both local management and the Group.The position will cover 3 legal entities including 2 plants, a warehouse and a sales company, will support several business units.Your main responsibilitiesLead, coach and develop the finance team to achieve results whilst transitioning towards an evolution of processes, greater structure, and a data‐driven culture. Oversee general accounting, management reporting, and controlling activities.Manage the key financials annual milestones (closings, group reporting, annual budget, forecasts, etc) ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and high‐quality analysis for both management and the Group.Monitor key financial, operational,
