AIT Worldwide Logistics in Italy is seeking a Global Customer Accounts Manager II to lead and grow strategic accounts, drive KPI reporting, and ensure exceptional service across air and ocean freight operations. You will coordinate with global teams, analyze account data, deliver MBR/QBR data, and ensure compliance with AES, ITAR and dangerous goods regulations while optimizing budgets and pricing.
