Responsibilities Support our European In‐Country teams to recruit high‐value sellers and creators to the platform through sales enablement content and partnerships with third parties and internal TikTok key stakeholders, such as trainings, webinars, and publications.
Support in narrative diffusion – create toolkits, onboarding materials, case studies, and content that empower merchants and agencies to scale on TikTok Shop. Industry & Community Building for positioning – B2B online and offline lead‐generation event operational coordination across Europe with local teams and agencies, securing and raising the bar within a frugal mindset. Performance & Data Analysis – track KPIs such as gross leads, impressions, reach, CPM channel performance, and provide recommendations.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration – work with local teams, local marketing POC, and communications to align merchant messaging, showcases, and other strategic inputs to our work.
3–5 years in B2B marketing, ideally on platform‐side e‐commerce, digital marketplaces, or social commerce.
Strong understanding of TikTok,



creator ecosystems, and online retail trends.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
Fluent in multiple European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) to collaborate cross‐functionally across these regions.
Both creative and analytical mind with a proven track record in data‐driven achievements.
Proven experience building acquisition funnels, growth campaigns, and partner programs.
Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast‐paced environment, with flexibility and an aptitude for handling complexity.
Operational excellence in project and stakeholder management.
